DBS Indústria, the manufacturing arm of the DBS Group, has just reached one of the biggest milestones in its history in the two-wheeler sector. During EICMA 2024 — the world’s most important two-wheeler mobility event, held in Milan — a strategic partnership with the traditional Italian manufacturer Moto Morini was announced. The goal? To expand the presence of premium motorcycles in the Brazilian market with innovation, sophistication and high performance.
Starting in 2025, DBS will produce Moto Morini models directly in Brazil, using its facilities in the Manaus Industrial Hub (PIM). The union of Italian design and performance with DBS’s national production capacity and expertise represents a milestone not only for the Group, but for the entire motorcycle industrial sector.
Partnership Focused on the Future
The initial production target is ambitious: 700 to 1,000 units in 2025, expanding to up to 3,000 motorcycles in 2026. The motorcycles will reach the Brazilian market with differentiators such as exclusive design, cutting-edge technology and Moto Morini’s international prestige — all combined with the innovation, quality control and reliability of DBS Indústria’s national production.
According to Ricardo Ducco, CPO of the DBS Group, “This alliance will allow us to bring a new category of motorcycles to the Brazilian market, backed by the technical excellence and reputation of a European brand that is synonymous with performance and tradition.”

Industrial Positioning and Impact in Brazil
Recognized for its work in electric mobility with the brands Two Dogs and Drop, DBS Indústria now takes a strategic leap in its industrial expansion, also consolidating itself as a national benchmark in premium motorcycle production.
Besides strengthening the competitiveness of Brazilian industry in the segment, the initiative will further boost the Manaus Free Trade Zone ecosystem, creating jobs, stimulating the local economy and reinforcing Brazil’s leading role in manufacturing two-wheeled vehicles.
