CKD (Completely Knocked Down) assembly is the model in which the vehicle is imported as disassembled parts or kits to be assembled locally, following the industrial steps defined by the Basic Production Process (PPB) approved by SUFRAMA. In the Manaus Free Trade Zone, this model gives access to ZFM tax incentives and positions the product as made in Brazil, provided the PPB is fully met.
DBS operates with an approved PPB, ISO 9001-certified infrastructure and a team specialized in CKD motorcycle assembly and CKD motorcycle projects, allowing partner brands to start operating without building their own facility in Manaus and without the 18 to 36 months required by the traditional setup process.
Regulatory compliance through an approved process, with no extra bureaucracy for the client.
Access to an industrial operation that is already installed and ready for CKD projects.
Supply, COMEX, receiving, industrialization and logistics coordinated within the scope of each CKD motorcycle project.
The client does not need an active Radar registration with the Federal Revenue Service to operate CKD motorcycles.
Responsible for 95% of national motorcycle production in 2026, with immediate access through DBS.
Quality, control and traceability processes applied to CKD assembly.

Logistics coordination from the client's supplier through shipment of the CKD kits.
Carried out in DBS's own name, with no need for the partner to hold an active Radar registration.
Production according to the applicable PPB requirements, using DBS's infrastructure and installed capacity of up to 80,000 units per year.
Inspections, traceability and process controls applied to CKD assembly, including motorcycle assembly within the integrated industrial operation.
The assembled batch is sent to the Distribution Center indicated by the partner, with process traceability.

The Basic Production Process defines the industrial steps that must be carried out inside the Manaus Free Trade Zone for the product to be recognized as locally made and to access ZFM tax incentives. DBS already holds the approved PPB for the vehicles it produces, so the client does not need to go through any regulatory approval process.
