DBS’s motorcycle factory coordinates the entire logistics chain of the project, from planning and purchasing to final shipping. The scope includes import of inputs in DBS’s name, customs clearance, receiving, production in the Manaus Free Trade Zone and delivery of the finished product to the partner’s Distribution Center. Importing in its own name means the client does not need to maintain an active Radar registration with the Federal Revenue Service. The process follows the PPB approved by SUFRAMA, with ISO 9001-certified quality control at every stage. The client stays focused on the business; DBS runs the entire chain.
Industrial partnership also means visibility. Operation monitoring covers schedule, production, purchasing, import, inspections, non-conformities and shipping, allowing the client to follow the project’s critical points from start to finish.

The client receives the entire batch at its Distribution Center and takes responsibility for sales and distribution in the domestic market.
Yes. DBS has its own WMI, with authorization for chassis stamping and registration of domestic vehicles in the BIN (the Detran national registry).
No. The product leaves with the brand, model and version defined by the client. Only DBS’s WMI appears as the responsible manufacturer on the vehicle document.
