Brazil’s 1st Electric Kick Scooter Manufacturer with International Management Standardization
Meeting the most rigorous quality control and management processes, DBS obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2022, ensuring standardization of production processes in compliance with the NBR ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The implementation process, which lasted 12 months, was completed in October 2022. Initially applied to the Manaus industrial plant, it covers the Import, Assembly and Distribution processes for Electric Vehicles and Electromechanical and Mechanical Toys.
DBS stays at the forefront of the sector. In 2009 it became the 1st Electric Kick Scooter brand in Brazil. Ten years later, in 2019, it pioneered national manufacturing with the opening of the plant in the Manaus Industrial Hub. In 2021 it made the list of the 100 most influential mobility companies by the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo in partnership with Connected Smart Cities. Now, in 2022, it is the country’s 1st manufacturer with ISO 9001 Quality Certification.
