This is no coincidence; it is the consolidation of a strategy built over more than two decades. What is happening at DBS in 2026 is the result of decisions made before the market was ready.
“The structure is ready: calibrated assembly line, trained team and a process validated from start to finish.”
A New Factory. A Historic Test.
In August 2026, DBS Indústria completed the first assembly test at the new industrial plant in the Manaus Industrial Hub, a 4,000 m² unit designed to support the operation’s accelerated growth.
The motorcycles that came off this line for the first time belong to Vammo, a startup specialized in motorcycle rentals and a strategic partner of DBS in the largest production projection of this model ever recorded in Brazil.
- Factory area: 4,000 square meters
- 2026 projection: 15,000 motorcycles
- Employees: 200 direct jobs expected

What Is Behind This Projection
Reaching 15,000 motorcycles in a single year takes more than willpower. DBS built this foundation over the years: an ISO 9001-certified operation, CKD (Completely Knocked Down) assembly systems, integrated door-to-door logistics and the tax benefits of the Manaus Free Trade Zone, which ensure up to 30% lower operating costs for partners.
Vammo needed scale, quality and speed of operation without the risks of its own plant. DBS delivered exactly that. Planned investment: R$ 300 million over the next two years, with projects already approved by CODAM.
A Headquarters That Reflects Growth
While the industrial operation advances in Manaus, DBS has structured its administrative base. The new headquarters in Curitiba was designed to house the team that supports the Group’s growth: modern, functional and attentive to the details that make a difference day to day.
Industrial expansion in Manaus and administrative structure in Curitiba: DBS is growing in an integrated way, on all fronts.

What’s Coming
The partnership with Vammo is an important chapter, but it is not the only one underway. In 2024, at EICMA in Milan, DBS announced its partnership with the Italian manufacturer Moto Morini. Starting in 2025, models of the brand began to be produced in Brazil.
2024: Moto Morini Partnership Announced
EICMA event, Milan, the world’s largest two-wheeler mobility fair.
2025: Moto Morini National Production Begins
Target of 700 to 1,000 units in the first year.
2026: Scale and Consolidation
Expansion to up to 3,000 Moto Morini motorcycles + 15,000 Vammo motorcycles. New factory and new headquarters operating at full pace.
Electric and combustion. National and international. Small and large volume. A production ecosystem for brands of any profile.
If your brand wants to produce with efficiency, scale and quality in Brazil, DBS is ready for that conversation.
