Recognition by Mobilidade Estadão and Connected Smart Cities, based on an independent selection of 288 companies across the Brazilian mobility sector

DBS has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential companies in Brazil's mobility sector in 2021 — a distinction awarded through a joint initiative by Mobilidade Estadão, the mobility division of one of Brazil's most respected news organizations, and Connected Smart Cities, a leading platform focused on urban innovation and smart city development.

The selection process was rigorous: 30 industry professionals with active experience in the mobility sector were consulted to evaluate an initial pool of 288 companies, ranging from early-stage startups to large-scale manufacturers. From that group, the 100 most representative and impactful companies were identified.

Two Decades of Moving People Forward

This recognition comes as DBS marks 20 years of operation — a trajectory that includes becoming Brazil's first electric scooter brand and the country's first domestic manufacturer of electric personal mobility vehicles.

Being included in this ranking, alongside companies of all sizes and profiles, affirms that the direction DBS has taken — pioneering electric mobility manufacturing in Brazil — is the right one.
