About Us
Innovation and Leadership in Mobility
Since 2003, the DBS Group has excelled in Electric Mobility Vehicle Distribution, serving both consumer and corporate markets through its own brands: DROP, TWO DOGS, and BRMOBILITY.
As Brazil’s first electric scooter brand and a pioneer in the sector, we took a significant step forward by launching industrial production in 2019 with the opening of a facility in the Manaus Industrial Hub. This modern plant was designed to meet the growing demand for e-mobility and combustion vehicles, solidifying our leadership position in the industry.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is the benefit exclusive to companies importing electric vehicles?
No. DBS also serves importers of other product categories, such as Electromechanical Toys, Mechanical Toys, and Sporting Goods, classified under NCM codes 8711, 9503, and 9506. We also work on Project Diversification to serve any importer whose merchandise meets SUFRAMA's Basic Production Processes.
2. What is the minimum quantity required to obtain the benefit?
The minimum required quantity is one 40-foot "high cube" (40HQ) FCL container.
3. Is there any initial investment?
There is no initial investment, except for creating the Bill of Materials, which includes images, descriptions, tax classifications, and the weight of each product part. A fee is charged for the preparation of the Bill of Materials for each product model (price upon request). Vehicles that require registration have an additional homologation fee (see the question on "registration homologation" for more details).
4. After nationalization and industrialization, how does the distribution of the product in the national market work?
After the process, the client receives the entire batch at their Distribution Center (DC) and is responsible for the commercialization and distribution of the final product.
5. Is there a requirement for national inputs in industrialization?
Yes, DBS follows the requirements of the Basic Production Process approved by SUFRAMA, maintaining the original Technical Specifications of the product.
6. Is Radar linkage necessary?
No. The customer does not need to have Radar from the Federal Revenue Service, as DBS imports the inputs and transforms them into a finished product, characterizing a Manufacturing Operation, not an Account and Order Operation.
7. How does it work for products that require homologation and licensing?
The customer is responsible for providing the vehicle homologation for licensing in Brazil, using DBS's WMI. DBS can recommend support partners to assist in this process if necessary.
8. What vehicles does DBS produce?
DBS is licensed to produce the following vehicles: Electric Bicycle, Electric Scooter, Electric Bike, Electric Motor Scooter, Electric Motorcycle, and Combustion Motorcycle.
9. Does DBS have authorization for chassis engraving and the production of national vehicles?
Yes, DBS is a vehicle manufacturer and has its own WMI, allowing for chassis engraving and the production of national vehicles registered in the BIN (National Detran Registry). Each motorcycle model undergoes homologation to ensure production in Brazil.
10. Can we use our own WMI in manufacturing if we outsource the assembly to DBS?
No, the WMI used will be DBS's, as they are responsible for manufacturing. However, the final product will not have any reference to DBS, and the customer's own brand will be maintained. The vehicle document will show the make, model, and version as specified by the customer.
